Ommission to disclose vital cover details

Thanks to the consultant who provided affordable cover when I joined this great company but as a result of information that was not disclosed I am unable to enjoy it and find myself running around to acquire information that is requested in bits and pieces. The consultant informed me that the vehicle inspection can be done at any glasfit or pg glass. When confirming this with one of the call centre agents she indicated that inspections are NOT done at this venue and forwarded details of centres that will be able to assist. When I couldnt find adequate time to visit the centres I contacted the call centre to inform them and seek a workable solution. To my shock I was told that Glasfit and pg glass do carry out inspections. Finally I took the car in and was relieved after i got an sms confirming this. BUT to my suprise I was contacted by an agent informing me that I had to supply a tracker certificate to the inspection centre to complete the inspection. The other suprise when I enquired was that it was my responsibility to notify tracker of my cover for my premium to be adjusted. This means I have been paying my normal tracker subscription all along. Important details where left out..
