ABSA you could have reminded me to FICA before blocking my account. I have been a great customer for many years and paid of house loans in good time. You ABSA made good money out of me. I was shocked to hear that my account was blocked as i had not FICA d Could you not have sent me a reminder or phoned me? I had to bear the humiliation and the extra costs involved. You obviously showed no care about me. I laid a formal complaint and have not, three months later, had a response. This is shocking!
