I tried to withdraw R3000 yesterday from an ABSA ATM at 11am. NO MONEY CAME OUT! I immediately called in to complain - . i called this morning to find out when they putting my money back and they told me 3 to 5 days. are they crazy!!!?? thats my money and I NEED IT DESPERATELY!!! they also told me when i called now that i only called yesterday at 4pm, which is bull. i called while standing next to the ATM at 11am - the time on my slip.
UP YOUR GAME ABSA, you are just about to loose a 20 year customer!
