My car keys were, i had no spare key. Discovery recommended a service provider to unlock and cut keys and another services provider to tow my car. The locksmiths damaged my entire key locking system and computer box which needed to be replaced, i had to claim these damages from discovery to have my car fixed at Audi. I have not had my car since January 13th. Now today, the 13 March 2013, exactly 2 months later i am suppose to get my car back after repairs and they discover when doing the wheel alignment that the tow truck service, also recommended by Discovery Insure, has damaged my control arm, it is completely bent causing the wheel to be skew and my ABS and ASR lights are all on, meaning that none of it is working due to them bending the control arm when they clipped it the tow truck! This is now an extra cost which i am certainly NOT paying as i did not have these problems before.
i am absolutely disgusted and frustrated that i still have no car to get to work and get around on a daily basis, making my life very difficult. Now i must wait maybe another month without a car for this to be resolved. What kind of service providers they recommending to us! I want this sort asap!
