On hold forever after arduous Voice Prompt menu

I have just bought my Explora decoder and paid to have it installed but now comes to the part of pairing my Smartcard to Decoder, alas after going through 5 minutes of voice prompts I then go into the que having to listen to cheesy pop culture songs at my expense... Up to the point where my airtime expires and am disconnected. Why isnt there a prompt for such a simple activation? Why cant I just do this online or email instead of waiting forever wasting my money till someone decides to answer my call. Very frustrating I couldnt get to a single human operator after 10 minutes with no end in sight, no number in que. reluctant to start it all over again. I actually loaded up with airtime just to do this but appears wasnt enough
