FNB how can they help themselves to my money

It has been 2 weeks now and i have heard not a single word about my complaint - FNB claiming that I made a micro loan at an ATM - and i stand by my argument how the can you give money to people with out the signiture or calling that person to confirm and from a ATM knowing how rife the card cloning and there is, I want them to proove to me that it was me standing at the ATM smiling at that darn camera on the day that they claim I made the loan form the so called ATM or so help me i am going to the press with this
And from a service point of view no one has had the decency to let me know what the process is of my complaint and i was told that with 7 to 14 days i will have word, i have expected someone to call me on day 7 to say look wehave not had any feedback but your query is being attended instead they probly expect me to waste further money to call after their - service is PUTRID
