CROSS BORDER COVER LETTER

ON 26 MARCH 2013 I SENT AN EMAIL TO ADMIN AT VIRGIN INSURANCE AS WELL AS MICHAEL FORD URGENTLY REQUESTING A CROSS BORDER COVER LETTER FROM 1 ARPIL 2013 TO 30 APRIL 2013. SINCE THAT DATE I SENT FOUR MORE FOLLOW UP EMAILS WITH NO LUCK. THIS MORNING MY HUSBAND PHONED VIRGIN INSURANCE AND THE LADY HE SPOKE TO SAID SHE WILL DO THE LETTER IMMEDIATELY. SHE DID DO THE LETTER BUT THE DATES WERE WRONG. SHE SENT A LETTER VALID FROM 2 APRIL 2013 TO 8 APRIL 2013. I IMMEDIATELY SENT AN EMAIL TO THE ADMIN DEPARTMENT AND TO MICHAEL FORD AS WELL AS THEIR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT WITH THE HOPE OF SOME TYPE OF RESPONSE, ADVISING OFTHE WRONG DATES. ONCE AGAIN, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. VIRGIN INSURANCE, PLEASE MAY I URGENTLY HAVE A CROSS BORDER COVER LETTER VALID FROM 2 APRIL 2013 TO 2 MAY 2013!!! THANK YOU.
