Customer care for what?

I call the absa credit card line, i tell them i have been billed incorrectly and that the funds were not even available so how do they put a transaction like that through, only to be told by the customer care consultant "no, i have no idea how they do that" Geesh ABSA, the bank of the people hey? No wonder our poor people are making so much uneccessary debt, you grant funds that arent even available. No solution, no real need to help me or to tell me what procedures are necessary, quite frankly when i get that kind of attitude by a "customer care consultant" I really just realise how pathetic customer service has become. Big part of everyones attitude to a severely faulty consumer industry.
