It's been over a month now since Standard Bank VAF has known about the paper work regarding my vehicle. The vehicle has been parked yet I'm still being debited for it. Standard Bank VAF are not making any progress regarding the case & they expect me to suffer the inconvenience. I insist that I be refunded for all the months that I've paid for the vehicle as well as my deposit & extras spent on the vehicle also be refunded to me immediatly. I have asked more than several occasions that the matter be escalated to the vehicle & asset head of department but nothing has been done.
