Buyng a vehicle can be a highly emotional process with the climax arguably being the anticipation and excitement of taking delivery of the car. However that excitement was quickly turned into anger, frustration and distrust due to the poor poor service of Standard Bank's Vehicle Finance representative Herbert Mathelemusa. The contract of sale wont be deliverred after repeated requests by me for it, he misunderstood simple requests, failed to provide feedback at agreed times and outright ignored my attempts to reach him for clarity. The end result, i cannot get my new car, i've been waiting so long for and the reputation & image once had of Standard Bank is forever tarnished by incompetence and total disregard for the customer.
