To change your policy details with these people is impossible, as you cannot contact them. Knowing that you are an existing customer, they don't care, because they are already getting your money. I should have seen this coming when I had to beg them to contact me for a quote, so I guess this was my own fault.By using 0860 106 238 is an absolute waste of time, because they are never available to answer the call, and I've been trying for days on end. I already moved my bank account from Absa to FNB, and guess what, this policy is out the door!!
