Consent to rescission of judgment lette

Good day,
I have a judgment on my name and this account has been paid ages ago. I am not going to call the Lawyers because i didnt make the loan with them and not going to pay for any letter. All i need is a consent to rescisson of judgment letter and i will go to court to clear this from my name. I urgently need this letter today.
