I had a loan with capitec bank that was handed over to coombe & association and i paidup that loan and when i want to dispute that judgment at credit bearue only to find out that two judgment was place on one account, the other one was placed in hankey with Case 1/12 and other one was placed in tzaneen with Case 1021/12 and me and my lawyer we apply for a court order for a case that was placed in hankey case 1/12 which we got it and realesed that judgment in credit bearue and when we want to apply for a court order for a case that was placed in tzaneen case no 1021/12 only to find that at the magistrate they dont find that file and i called capitec and also send them an email to ask them why they placed two judgment on one account and i explain to them that at the magistrate tzaneen they cant find that file and i alos told them that i called thier lawyer who is Coombe & association and they told me that they dont have that case of 1021/12 and their respond was they placed that judgment wrongly and they will rescind the above judgement to their lawyer and which they told me that they send consent to them and today 16/09/13 i called their lawyer which they didnt give me clearity.
