I do not understand why the customer agents at wonga say they cannot write an email to Bureaus telling them that I have paid up my account, especially since I specifically told them this was not done and that the person I have speaking to from the Bureau says he need a letter from them, Its very strange because when I asked to send me a confirmation they sent me one within an hour of having requested it. I really do not understand the delay/refusal to update.
