I had a property that was bonded by STD Bank. in 2009 my business went down due to various factors. i couldnt pay my bond and the Bank reposesed the property. they allowed me to carry on paying a portion of my bond and to sell the property, as on auction it would fetch very little. i sold the property to a cash buyer and the Bank was repayed there debt in full. even though the Bank was settled they told me that they would make sure that the judgement stayed on my name for 30 years. it will cost me about 30k to get a lawyer to get it resinded, and i dont have that money. im 55 now, and that means i will never again get credit, or even be able to open a cell phone contract. the Bank is punishing me for what.??? they have been repayed are really just big bullies.us small people are just numbers that get stomped on. WELL DONE STANDARD BANK. MAKES YOU THINK.
