Didnt do what I asked them to do

Last week I needed to make an urgent internet payment and needed my EAP limit increased. Sent secure msg to my home branch and by 11h00 next day nothing had been done. Went into Helderberg branch and explained that I need to do an urgent INTERNET transfer. The counter clerk assured me she had increased the limit using my autobank card. Two hours later not activated. Had to deal with that useless call center. Went back to the bank - they said they need my cheque card to do it. I dont understand why I have two profiles and why you need a cheque card that I never use. I specifically said to the counter staff INTERNET payment. So three hours of my time wasted on what should have taken 5 minutes. Staff are completely un trained on the systems. Very pleasant and friendly but absoloutely useless when it comes down to doing what they should do. Standard Bank your service is nothing short of dismal. The less I have to do with your organisation the better. Who gets to pay me for wasting my time and petrol??!!!
