WHAT A RIP OFF AND THIS IS A SERVICE PROVIDER

My Vehicle was in a accident in 12/09/2011 - after which they informed me it"s BEYOND ECONOMICAL TO REPAIR... I am still waiting for the Payout of R 28 000. I Have been fighting and still nothing- one story on another!!! My claim was loaded and approved for payment on 28 November 2013 and I was told the Payment would be in our account in 2-3 weeks - WELL GUESS WHAT... The STUPID person who loaded the the payment "LOST" the file with ALL my Documents and they CANT DO A PAY OUT WITHOUT THE FILE, NOW that they "FOUND" the File - the Director wont sign it off because of IN-HOUSE TECHNICALITIES!!!

IS THIS FAIR TO ME AS A CLIENT?

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES- AS THESE ARE ALL COMPANIES WHOM I DEALT WITH IN THE PROCESS: 1. PROSURANCE; 2. ISAZI ASSESSORS; 3. RISCOR OR 4. NEW NATIONAL- BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL EXTREMELY PATHETIC!

BUT luckily I have my Niece Karen Meiring - Channel Head of Kyk Net and ALSO a Director in M-Net- I am sure IF I told her she would find a few Journalist that will cover this story!
