What about my R400??

I phoned for a quote, unfortunately they were not able to beat the my current insurance. I mailed them back asking about my R400? Until now, nobody has phoned me back!! I logged a request on the internet for a quote - it wasn't even n minute then they phoned me back. Now I am waiting...
