I phoned outsurance a while ago for a quote on my vehicle and they could not beat my current Insurer.
The agent hang up without any word about the R400, the next day I phoned back to enquire how the R400 thing works, thy expalined they will send me forms to complete.
They never send me any forms.
I took house content insurance from them, but is still waiting for my forms so I can get my R400/.
