I phoned in to the Call Centre last week to request a quote with Outsurance as I wanted to move from my current Insurance company due to bad service and broken promises.
After wasting my time on the telephone for 45 minutes, yes 45 minutes, the quote came back and it was not just double what my current insurance is, it was more then double!!
The guy at the call centre did not say a word about the R400, he just acted like that's not even remotely part of the deal.
What a LIE!!! Outsurance, you better get your story together, because such false advertising will get you into deep trouble. Judging by all these comments on Hello Peter I am not the only one with this problem.
I WOULD LIKE MY R400 PLEASE! OR AN APOLOGY AT THE VERY LEAST!
I just wonder for the sake of interst, how your claims process must work, if this is how you operate on a quote.
I expect my R400 or you should pull all your adverts from the radio/tv/printed word. Because its a lie.
