My statement indicate that the start date of the loan is 27/07/2010 and the end date is 03/03/2024 yet the term of the loan is 30 months. And then the other loan the start date is 30/04/2010 and the end date is 07/08/2028 yet the original term is 54 months. Can somebody explain to me how 2 and half years changed to 14 years and 4 and half years changed to 18 years repectively??? So now it means my arrears are calculated based on 14 & 18 years instead of the correct number of months. No wonder i am paying and my balance stays the same month after month. This is shocking!!! I called your collections department and all Matimba Chauke the supervisor could tell me was that i must go to the branch and call him from there. Is this a joke??? Somebody need to sort this out today please!
