RCS

Sometime in August i received a call from an operator from RCS asking me if i am making a purchase on my RCS account, i was driving at the time and was informed the operator that i did not made any purchase on my account. I was advised that the purchase will then be declined. I pulled of the road and made a call to RCS based on the strange call i just received. I was then informed that my card will be blocked and that they will look into the matter. I never received any feedback calls from RCS. In September 2012 i went to Makro to do some shopping and was advised that my card was being cancelled. I was very frustrated and only to notice that was committed on my account on 15 August 2012, two transactions was done at Waterfallmall for an amount of R 2960.84 and another transaction done same day at Clicks Rustenburg for an amount of R 2562.18 whilst my card was still in my possession. I was informed by the RCS agent at Makro to report this incident to the SAPS which i did and faxed through all relevant documentation as per their request three times to RCS
