In July 2012, I was advised that they are discontinuing thier card services and the only option left is to settle the account or pay it of monthly and i decided to settle it. as agreed with Sharon from JDG, proof of payment was sent to them and requested them to confirm with a paid in full letter but no one did, 7 months later their incompetence call center agents called me and i queried the amounts they claiming from finance to the manager including Austin and Ntsako who also failed to come back to me.
I just had enough of this company, it fustrates me to deal with incompetence people or individual who dont have whole information about their products or demands.
Currently busy compiling my invoices, i will be suing the same company for harrassment.
Becareful South Africa, if you dont know your story this people will leave you with no cent, it is not our fault thier systems are not technologically advance.
