SAHL is advertising on radio that they take the hassle out of the home loan application when they actually give customers more stress and frustration with their lengthy application process and no feedback until you contact them and only then they will inform you that they still need this or that document. They will promise to call you in an hour's time and never keep their promises. Their application process is unnecessarily lengthy, stressful and frustrating contrary to their advertisement on radio.
Up to today I still do not know what is happening with my application which was submitted on the 13th of February 2013.
Completely BAD service.
Please change or remove your advertisement as it is only misleading people.
