I recently ordered a Tablet online and then a consoltant phoned me to tell me a few things about it, after him telling me that it will be taking 7-10days maybe even longer to get to me, he'd advise going to the FNBDot store, after telling him to cancel a request i used my own petrol money to drive to the closes FNBDot store to get my Tablet. Yet there was an Courier Fee debit off my account, i"ve been to the closest branch OR Tambo Branch where Edith assisted me. the reference that was given to me is RL13022533814 speaking to Rickki and who still to this day has not BOTHERED to phone me, i guess FNB thought i'd forget about it and oh well, money from customers, i have brought 5 customers to FNB with excellent service until today... wait... actually the 25th when the claim was submitted. GEt YOUR ACT TOGETHER FNB. I'M HIGHLY OFF!!!
