Unexplained R153 appeared on monthly statement, Frustrating excessive time on phone with call centre trying to get explanation. Kept being passed from one consultant to another. Finally got explanation this is a yearly fee for garage card. Cancelling card cannot be done until next year.
R4 for each fuel transaction plus a yearly fee of R153 makes this a rip off not worth having.
Nedbank needs to motivate why this charge is so high.
