LACK OF FEED BACK AND NO RESPONSE

On 2013/01/31 my vehicle was damaged by a City of Johannesburg EMS ambulance who overturned into my car whilst i was parked at a red robot (TOATLLY NOT MY FAULT). After repeated phone calls and emails i was informed my claim details were apparently a sent through to Lion of Africa (City's Insurers) on 2012/03/05.

I have emailed Lesire Make (from the brokers of EMS) on the 06/03/2013 7 07/03/2013 to find out about a claim number or the person dealing with my claim so that i can speed up the process, BUT SHE HAS JUST READ MY EMAIL AND NOT REPLIED AT ALL!!!

What she doesn't realise that the quotes that i have given were only valid for 14 days and that the insurance will have to pay out more if the quote goes up! as i was already messed around by City of Johannesburg EMS (Emergency Management Services).
