So again I'm sitting with a problem. I applied for a phone via fnb and according to me everything was fine and approved. On the 21st of Feb if I'm not mistaken I received a call saying I just need to verify my debit orders. I haven't but then after a few days I did. Please tell mt Fnb what is up now! No one comes back to me regarding above application for phone. Is the phone couriered? Am I still getting it? Why as a customer always FNB mever follow up or come back to a person!!! Need answers!!!
