Bayport gave me a cell phone that was not working propoerly, i tried to contact them they told me to take the phone to one of the Nokia stores and i did, at Nokia store they told me that the speaker was cracking and its a factory fault Boayport has to give a new phone. I contacted Bayport again they told me to fill up some forms which I did but stil they cound not help me, i made contact again they said they were gonna come and fetch the phone but they never did, so i decided to take the phone myself to their offices, even when I was there i was left unattended for about two hours to listen to some recordings I ended up leaving without getting any help, the propblem is they now sent their legal adivisor to me saying I owe them a lot of money for the cell phone that i do not have, so I tried to make amends, called tried to find out if they can give me a new phone, new model so that i can pay them their money but they refused they told me that they were will repair the same phone that I sent back to them and give it to me, so i coul not understand what exactly do they want from me PLEASE HELP
