Efficient, friendlly and excellent service

I was greeted with respect by the first securiy guard who welcomed me, and guess what, he called me by name! I instantly felt known and expected. He told me that his name is Moses and we joked about his name. The next gentleman Alan kindly told me what he was going to do assessing the damage and showed me where I could make myself comfortable with a cup of coffee and biscuits. That was very kind because I had just been through the tough morning Durban traffic. As I sat there enjoying my coffee and biscuits I saw one of the workers coming in and it was a pleasant sight to see colleagues greeting and even shaking hands. What a homely traditional way of greeting hardly experienced in Industry when people come late rushing, and hardly wanting to be seen. Next I was introduced to Josephine who kindly showed me how to manage the scarry technology. If I had businness I would hire them all. What A GOOD team they are!
