Our car was in an accident last year and was fixed by the panel beater. On 17/01/2013 I took the car to KIA for a service. Their report informed that the bumper was incorrectly fitted. I forwarded the report to virginmoney same day. On the 23/01/2013 when we do follow up. Alice told us they did not receive the report. We resend report and her reply was she asked the assessing managing to assit. We have not heared from virginmoey since then.
