In middle November 2012 I switched my insurance to Auto & General through Solidariteit. I have requested that my policy documentation be sent to me NUMEROUS times - via telephone as well as per e-mail, but after more than 2 months, they have not adhered to my request. I am the one that is at risk as I can not confirm whether the details in my policy is stated correctly and if not, I bear the risk of the insurance company not paying out for any losses. Furthermore, I have to supply my vehicle financing bank with proof of my new insurance.
