After my husbands death I phoned Old Mutual Group Schemes to process a claim. My funeral policy cover value is R 10000.00 but the call center informed me that the value has been reduced to only R 5000.00? How can they simply change the value of my policy without my consent or informing me of the change? This is a difficult time in my life and now I have this to deal with as well.
