This morning I found out that budget declined my claim because the address on the account was wrong.
My car was said to be a write off. We have 2 houses where to the other one we moved in december and we are inbetween both of the places. Both places are on our name and what does the address have to do with the accident anyway? Just because one sentance was not right now I have to suffer without a vehicle which jeprodises my job and everything... just because Budget can't understand and put in a bit more effort. This is the first I have heard of it. I was hardly updated about what was going on with my vehicle and I personally never recieved a call. I always had to phone. further was there no other calls asking questions about the address and investigation. Only my mother (the insured) was phoned before today once and she explained to them. What they can't understand is the real damage they are doing. My insurance was paid every month on time like a loyal customer. That oneday when I was in a situation like this I could be helped and rely on my insurance. Obviously not. To look for any excuse not to pay out, is pathetic. They even deducted another payment yesterday!!!
