On the 20th Feb I heard on the radio about the quotation you can make and if they cant beat your current insurance they will pay you R400.00 I sms "out" to 44177 and with in 30 sec they phoned me, did the quote, but to their spite could not match my current insurance, so the call centre agent said he will mail me a link so that I can submit my current policy so that they can verify the information was correct, I phoned after 3 days because I still did not receive the mail. And two weeks down the line and still noting. Talk is cheap and that's why I choose my insurance at another company, this in unethical and false advertising to the public and goes against the Client protection act law. Is this the type of service you offer. When it came to doing the quote and them taking my money, it took them 30 seconds to phone me, but know that the shoe is on the other foot and they need to do they paying, they take 2 weeks just to send a mail? Wonder how long they will take to reply to this complaint? Ref number that they smsed me - 20365462
