Bad Service I've ever received

I proceeded to Carlton Centre FNB to get a two month banking statement, I stood in the line for almost an hour, the lady that assisted me took about thirty minutes then told me tha she can't help cause I've got an I'd that's newly issued and until I have an affidavit she can't help me. I spoke to the floor manager she told me there's an SAPS downstairs I must go there. I walked about 45mins to an hour before I could get to the SAPS cause I left on the impression that the SAPS downstairs. I got the affidavit and took a taxi back. Carlton, when I got back I had to stand in a line again, after 30minutes without assistance I decided to leave. I don't belive the hardship I had to endure for a two months bank statement. I loved FNB but after todays incident I'm not so sure. In my lifetime this has to be the worse service eve
