I have not recieved feedback regarding the matter

My name is Lucas Maimane ID NO: 7606215475085 kindly note that I am lodging complain on how my account was handle in May and June 2012 as a result to that, has put me in a uncompromising situation due to the lack of insufficient funds that was incurred due to this course by your administration. In April my account was in arrears due to unforeseen circumstances as result of that I got a call from collection services and I made arrangement of double payment particularly on that month and my account to be reinstated to its normal status as per initial agreement. Unfortunately that was not the case and the cost plus minus R1500 due this discrepancies I would kindly like to reimburse the amount stated on the formal document that is endorse with this complain.
Hope to hear from you as this has affected my finical status.
