EFT Recall

Thanks FNB for going the extra mile in recalling an EFT after we mistakenly made an EFT for our holiday payment to the wrong account number. The recipient did not have any contact details so our bank told us there was nothing they could do but the branch manager from the George branch drove to the mans house and organised the refund for us. Thanks so much for going the extra mile literally for us FNB! We will be moving on to you guys soon!
