Outsurance phoned my husband and spoke to him about insurance on his rubberduck and my husband said to them that the rubberduck is not seaworthy yet and he will only look at insuring it once it is seaworthied and ready to go to sea, but we found that debits went of our account for two months for insurance on a boat that we did not use yet and did not want insured. We have phoned them several times to get the funds back, e-mailed yougasan at outsurance, who is supposed to be a manager and help with these problems, but to date no response was received. Another issue is that they have spoken to my husband, but the policy number OT20959253 was put on my name. I have not even spoken to them or agreed to any policy in my name. They must have take previous records that they had of mine and activated a policy on it. BE CAREFUL WHEN OUTSURANCE PHONES YOU, BECAUSE YOU MIGHT END UP WITH INSURANCE EVEN IF YOU DONT WANT IT! I just hope someone there will help us with this issue, because a R 1 000 to thow in the water is a lot of money!
