Change of CP overnight

I applied for additional finance through DirectAxis to have my car repaired. I did everything they asked and wanted. I sent a copy of my ID, as well as proof of residence. I work for a casino who own property next to the company. My wife pays rent every month, deducted from her salary. When I supplied the SAME, updated proof of residence letter, I was told this was not good enough, even though it was stamped and signed by a commissioner of oaths who works for the company. I am very disappointed in DA's approach to my loan. I have been one of DA's customers for the last three years, and not once did I skip payment or ask for a postponement. Even good customers get the end of the stick it seems. My details have not changed. My Job has not changed, yet I am forced to do additional admin on their say-so. I think not
