Hi i a cell c date contract via FNB, I was told by the agent that called me an arranged the date deal promised me that dey will send a new sim to me and tat sim will take ova my prepaid no and convert to contract. I received the new sim on the 14-02-2013, i inserted iot into my tablet and wondered y i was not receiving ne calls on it. Wen i made a call to check if its working it was a totally different no all together. Eva since i have been trying to call FNJB and all dey tell me is that dey ffwd the problem to cell c. Im tired of waisting my calls to fnb coz dey keep giving me the run around. I am very up with service i received from FNB. my prepaid that was supposed to be contract is 0849490450 but that did not happen. can you please assist coz fnb wnt help me. the cell c ref no.
