I called into the call center a few days ago and was assisted by Mr Daron Theunis. He was so helpful that it felt like we have known each other for years.
Just want to let the world know how amazing you are Daron. If there could be more call center agents like yourself the customer services industry in South Africa would not be the hole that it is at the moment. You deserve a gold star.
