On the 05.07.2013 i was printed a settlement quote and was told that the settlement amount will change after 7 days, on that very same day i made a transfer to settle and pay off the loan, 5days later (10.07.2013) i went back to the bank to check if the amount owing was cleared out, i was and the account showed that i had over paid with R429.30
I spoke to the service consultant on that day and she filed a request for a refund (ref:54057645) and told me it will be refunded in 5 to 6 days, to my surprise when i went back to the bank on the 26 July that amount had not been refunded and i was also charged a service agreement fee for the very same loan the lady which was helping me said she cant get hold of the person responsible for the loan accounts she told me i will be contacted in a day or two TODAY i was just at the branch again but now i was told that i have already been charged for interest on the loan THAT WAS PAID OFF, so i wont get my money back
