A geyser was replaced about - 2, 5 years ago by your insurance company. On Saturday the 1st of June 2013 the geyser was not working, as we cancelled the insurance due to costs, my husband being a electrician went up into the roof to see what the problem is, the geyser burst. He then went and bought a new geyser, when removing the old one from the ceiling we saw that the GAURENTEE NOT WARRANTY on the geyser is for 5years. On calling the company they now don't want to warrant the claim as we did the repair work ourselves. This is unacceptable as we have not received a book saying that they were open 7 days a week, and how long would we have to wait, we spoke to someone yesterday the 3 of June 2013 which he has stated we would have to have waited till Friday before someone would have to come out THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE as we have to bath and that then in cold water NO NO NO NO NO.
