Tersia quoted us on our insurance policy and we accepted a premium in writing of about R1, 900.
On the 1st of November approximately R3, 000 were debited against my account. We queried it and found that somehow the incorrect insurance company ran a debit order against my account and was asked if it is fine that we leave it like that until 1 December.
I made it very clear to Tersia that it is not acceptable and that the "incorrect insurance company" had no authorisation launching the R3000 against my account and that she has 7 days to get the money transferred back into my account whereafter I will do an EFT to the correct insurance company.
This morning I found that the R1900 was debited against my bank account and the R3000 has still not been paid back to me.
