In September last year Absa wrongfully deducted R8000 from my account. Karen from complaints dept contacted me and Absa apologized for their mistake.
Yesterday they did exactly the same thing. Yet again I am left with no money in my account. Seeing that it happened on a Friday afternoon I have no choice but to wait until Monday to start the battle all over again. No normal person has that kind money to suddenly live without. Who is going to pay for my debit orders bouncing back or explain why accounts can't be paid.
This is truely unacceptable as I was promised that the problem was rectified and that it would not happen again.
I think the time has come for legal action...
