Hollards incompetance to resolve a claim- 4months

Sept 2012 claim submitted. 3 WEEKS later assessor arrives After cancelling appoinment 3 times! Approved only halve the damage to the vehicle as I wasn't there (expecting another cancellation). As per telephonic discussion he said they can continue and he will call the and panel beater which he didn't! Refused to even reassess or investigate. This was reported to managerial staff at holllard and nothing was done about it. Not once have any hollard or assessors provided feedback or reasons for not approving the damage. Not once did anyone bothered to investigate the matter! I've been a Hollard client all my life which will end now!! Bad service! Bad assessors! Bad managerial staff and feedback! Expensive insurance! Zero communication! Today 4 months later collected my vehicle from panelbeater as i am fedup with Hollards incompetence to resolve this matter!!!
