I sold my motorbike on 21 December 2012. I forgot to cancel my insurance with Compendium and only realized on January 9th 2013 after noticing that the debit order for the insurance went off for the month of January.
I contacted Compendium and requested that my insurance be cancelled immediately. I explained that I had sol my bike in the previous month. I did NOT ask for a reimbursement.
The following day I received an email from Annelisa who in formed me that Compendium would cancel my insurance as requested and that if I presented them with a copy of the sales agreement for selling my bike, they would reimburse me the value of the debit order.
