Kindly note that I have been insured with Compendium Insurance Group Under Writers of Hollard Insurance since the purchase of my vehicle 3 years ago. I have paid every premium without difficulty. I have not claimed within the 3 years up until my motor vehicle accident 9 weeks ago. I have co-operated with every request made by the forensic team. My accident involved just myself, however my family has been questioned and interview. After reports received 9 weeks later by the insurance company, my family and I are expecting to be interviewed for the 2nd time. The results of the reports of not been made available to me, hence me being baffled and annoyed about the repetition of requests9 weeks later and I am still unable to receive any solid information. In the mean time I have paid for a car I do not own and will not receive any information regarding its where about for 2 months which is a considerable amount. I must admit being treated and questioned like a common criminal especially after a traumatic experience leaves me uneasy to say the least. I have been constantly requesting information with no avail. I am highly frustrated at the lack of co-operation from the insurance compan
