Unauthorised deduction

First and for most I must say FNB is the best bank to bank with, but this time im dissappoinred as they have deducted the money out of my account without my concern> I have been paying R200 in to the personal loan Iof FNB as per agreement< and suddenly they stopped deducting and thismonth I decide to trandfer R200 via online banking> today to my suprise they deducted R1560 and i went to the branch and they said they cannot reverse it as I owe the> I understand and know that I do> but I want to pay as I agreed, until I recover.

Could someone assist me in this matter as I want my money to be reversed with immediate effect or else they should tell to go to another bank as I bank with them and Ive been enjoying their services.
